New business management systems can help overcome problems, manage resources, save time and reduce risk, but they can be so rigid that you end up making compromises to get the desired end result. But what if you could have the benefits of a new system without having to give up on the best features from your current process.

Our Samson PAS-91 pre-qualification system has evolved based on the needs of our clients. If there's something we can change that makes your life easier then we will. It may be something simple like a report or excel export that isn't part of our standard offer or it may go a bit further than that. Either way we are always ready to sit down and discuss your needs.

We have to be honest and say it's not always free, but if we feel our other clients would benefit from your suggestion then we won't charge. If the change is to be unique to you we really do keep the cost down to a minimum.

Here are two examples of changes we've made to help our clients.

Example One

Samson is the only construction pre-qualification system that comes with pre-construction and project management included as standard. One of the many project area features is the ability to provide contractors or suppliers with performance feedback. This is in the form of key areas where the contractor is scored.

To match their pre-Samson process, one of our clients asked if we could replace some of the performance areas with ones they used and change the marking range from 1-5 to 1-10. Because we had clients already happy with the performance set-up we built a custom area to match our clients requests.

Example Two

Due to our different approach to supplier competency, Samson is ideal for facilities managers wishing to regulate their vendor proficiency. One of our clients wanted to know if it would be possible for Samson to manage their vendor contracts. This covered delivery and monitoring (expiry dates) of the contracts they issued to successful vendors.

As we thought this would be a useful addition to our system this was built into Samson and at no charge to the client. Now all users can manage supplier/vendor contracts if needed.

We know that vendor compliance is a necessary evil but Liaison saves us time, resource and more importantly money to ensure our business remains legal and makes the management of our Vendors simple.
