Steve has been a significant presence in the technology sector of the construction and facilities management industries since the 1980s. His expertise spans across founding and developing companies in Building Control Systems, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering Consultancy and software-based support services. His business ventures have extended from the UK to Mainland Europe and the Middle East, always with a focus on integrating technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
His business acumen has been recognized with accolades such as being a runner-up for Entrepreneur of the Year and guiding his companies into the Sunday Times Tech Track 100.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Steve is equally passionate about environmental conservation and outdoor activities. He is a qualified International Mountain Leader and actively volunteers with youth groups, promoting the importance of environmental awareness and leadership among young people.
Mike is a construction professional with over 40 years’ experience across the construction and facilities management industry, specialising in building services. Throughout his career, he has worked with both main contractors and subcontractors, successfully delivering more than £1 billion worth of projects for a wide range of clients. With his extensive industry knowledge, Mike brings a wide breadth of experience in understanding the challenges that developers, contractors and end-client facilities teams face on a daily basis, both throughout the construction process and in the operation of an asset once it has been delivered.
Alex joined our team five years ago and has since become a key developer, known for his energy and commitment to innovation. His primary goal is to leverage the latest technologies to develop user-friendly software solutions that meet the diverse needs of our customers.
With a background in Marketing, Alex combines his technical skills with a strong customer-centric approach. He is dedicated to enhancing user experience, ensuring that each of our software solutions is not only advanced but also reliable and accessible for our users.
Christian Wilson serves as our Product and Relationships Manager, bringing a blend of hands-on experience and strategic product vision to the team. With a professional background in carpentry and experience in product design and development, Christian approaches every project with both practical insight and creative innovation. Since joining the company a year ago, Christian has played a key role in shaping the direction of our product lineup. Most notably, he contributed to the design and development of Mobilize, helping transform initial ideas into a refined, user focused solution.
After completing a degree in Computer Science with Cyber Security which covered advanced coding practices, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, Ethan has become a key member of our development team. By providing valuable insights into modern technologies Ethan helps drive the development of innovative new features across all our products.
